We’re really big fans of embedding help right in the web applications we build, but this practice is hard to scale when you have a large number of apps and support staff that don’t have any idea how to program. To solve this problem, we built a centralized FAQ management tool with an extensive API that allows developers to display related FAQs wherever users might need them.
